Thank you for your interest in purchasing artwork from Fran Marks. Please find the delivery information and returns policy below.

Delivery information

Free Delivery within the UK
Free delivery is included in the price for all artworks within the United Kingdom. Your artwork will be carefully packaged and shipped to your provided address via a trusted courier service. 


Delivery Timeframe within the UK

Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery after the artwork has been dispatched.

International Delivery

For international delivery, outside the UK, please note the following and do not order online:

  • Contact the Artist: To arrange international delivery, please contact the artist directly at franmarksart@gmail.com for information regarding available shipping methods and costs for your specific location.

  • Customs and Duties: International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes upon arrival in your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient.

  • Delivery Timeframe for International Orders: Delivery times for international orders vary depending on the destination country and shipping method chosen.

Important Notes:

  • Artworks are typically shipped within 1-3 business days of receiving your order, unless otherwise specified.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the package at the provided delivery address, as a signature may be required for receipt.

  • In case of any shipping delays or issues you will be notified.

Returns policy

Returns Accepted Only for Damaged Artwork

If you are in any doubt about the work you intend to purchase please contact Fran for more information or to ask for further photographs and description.

Returns are only accepted for artworks that are damaged during shipping or delivery. If you receive an artwork that is damaged, please follow these steps:

  1. Report Damage Immediately: Contact Fran within 48 hours of receiving the artwork to report any damage. Any claims made after this time may not be considered.

  2. Provide Photographs: To process your return, clear photographs of the damaged artwork are required. Please send photographs that clearly show the extent of the damage to franmarksart@gmail.com

  3. Return Process: Once your photographs have been reviewed and the damage confirmed, you will be provided  with instructions on how to return the artwork.

 

After receiving the returned damaged artwork, a refund will be issued for the full amount.  Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Conditions for Return:

  • Artwork must be returned in its original packaging.

  • The return must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the damaged artwork.

  • The artwork must be returned in the condition it was received, except for the reported damage.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Artwork that has been altered or modified after delivery.

  • Artwork damaged due to mishandling or improper care.

Please note that colours may vary slightly from what you see on your screen due to monitor differences. Every effort is made to represent the artwork as accurately as possible.
